Host Can't Connect

I just installed Anyplace Control Host on two machines with my account info. Neither one them is connecting to the Online Account. They say "Your Online Account Status: OFFLINE" and the reason given is "Unknown". I'm using Windows 7 (Home and Ultimate) and am just behind a normal netgear wireless router in a business office, no VPN, poxy, domain controller, etc. thoughts?

- Uninstall Host module
- Make sure Anyplace Control folder is deleted with all files in it
- Perform a clean installation of Host module

I ran into this on Win7 Home Premium as well. The problem is Windows Firewall, though the program doesn't indicate that at all.

If you do a reinstall, make sure to allow it to automatically configure Windows Firewall. If you've already got it installed, simply make sure the it's allowed through the firewall by going to Control Panel --> System and Security --> Windows Firewall --> Allow a Program through Windows Firewall.

Do you use Firewall or antivirus on these PCs?
1. Please try to temporarily disable firewall and antivirus to test whether they can cause the problem
if it doesn't help:
2. Try to install Admin module to the same PCs and connect to account and inform us result
