I have used this software for two days and now my 30 day trial subscription has expired. I have contacted Tech support for two days and no answer, and now they want me to buy the software.
1. Get better tech support
2. If you have a 30 day trial make sure it will work for 30 days
3. Get a phone number in the USA or have online support
4. make sure that an IT manager does not have problems with your software after two days because he will tell 6000 IT techs that this program does not work.

You might have used all your traffic that is given in a trial version of the software.
We have replied to several mails where same issue was described. If you have not received a reply to your e-mail, please, provide us with an alternative e-mail address to contact you.
1. Get better tech support
What do you mean by "better"? Our supporters reply to all mails. If you have not received a reply, please, provide us with an alternative e-mail address.
2. If you have a 30 day trial make sure it will work for 30 days
It does, but we won't provide an unlimited traffic quota for test version.
3. Get a phone number in the USA or have online support
We are working on it
4. make sure that an IT manager does not have problems with your software after two days because he will tell 6000 IT techs that this program does not work.
We are unaware of users who trial our version, either they are housewives or IT managers. That's why we have a forum and a contact form to contact us or discuss certain questions users are interested in.
Thank you for your time.
