I can't logon with the admin pc.

I tried my old password with the trial and then noticed I should use the registration code provided in the email. I tried that and it says WRONG PASSWORD. Does it need to be reset?

Did you try to use a default password given in your registration letter?
NOTE: do not mix it with unzip password. Read the instructions in Registration Letter carefully.

How about if i dont receive the registration letter? How can i get it? FYI i've just bought the basic plan.
