new account cant login to online

I have purchased a fullversion version 5.2.1.0 with 2 licences and set up an online account, but the host module wont alow me to login in, does anyone know why this might be?

It also says my account has not been activated and I am to use the registered account, when there is only the one acocunt

I have the same problem. Already emailed sales and support but still no reply. I upgraded from basic to Premium Plan with 2 licenses. This is taking forever just to get started. :x

Make sure you have purchased Premium Plan and using the Account Name given in the Registration Letter.
