ANYPLACE CONTROL

For the last week I've been getting the error "Account connection error" when I try to log into the online account connection. The username and password are correct and havent changed. Any ideas?

I just renewed and am getting the same error message.

I had "RemoteControlPC" installed for 30 days, after which it would no longer allow log ins due to the expiration of the trial license. I've uninstalled RemoteControlPC, then purchased, downloaded and installed AnyplaceControl. Now AnyplaceControl will not let me log in, saying the license has expired. I think the RemoteControlPC and AnyplaceControl servers are very confused.

Remote Control PC and Anyplace Control are two different software.

Please, inform us the reference number of your paid order.
Which Edition did you purchase, Premium or Basic, as Basic Plan allows you to establish a connection by IP address only.
