Can't connect to Host - says wrong password when it's not

I have the admin version of small business help desk. I have several people I support and everything works fine. I added a new user and though I know the password is fine it won't let me connect to that user and keeps saying the password is wrong. The only difference I see is that user is using v 5.2.1.0, while the other users I support are using version 5.1.0.0. Does the newer version have a problem making connections?

There should not be the issue with version difference. Nevertheless, please, try to use the same versions.
