ANYPLACE CONTROL

Hello

I have Anyplace 5.0 installed on a Citrix server. When I launch the application, it comes up properly, and I am able to connect to a remote client. But , about 30 secs to 1 minute after connecting, the program completely closes unexpectedly.. It does not generate any system event log events or anything.. Any one have any ideas how to fix this?
