We installed bluecoat web filters to our internet connection and now we cannot connect to online account. Error: Eithter Firewall/Antivirus blocks the connection or the Internet access is temporarily unavailable.
So I need to setup bypass for your online account servers to our firewall, but what are the ip's or name(s) to add?

Our software uses 80 and 443 ports for Account Connection. Please, check if they are not blocked.

I closed this case and our company does not use this solution anymore. There are solutions that actually work and support that actually answers questions. I could have just have check this with sniffer, but I don't bother as competition is out there.
