Confused on purchased PC remote control re-install

I'am confused on re-install of purchased version. The trial version keeps coming back on me. Also, the password used for trial version is forgotten and a new one needs to be established.

Please, use only your registered account data which is listed in your registration letter.
Please, clarify which password do you mean - an Account Password which is used to enter the account or an Access Password, which is used to connect directly to the Host PC.
If you are talking about the Account Connection, you may inform us the Account Password you would like to have and we will reset it or you may perform it yourself the following way:
Admin Module - Account Connection tab - Options - Change Account Password, Properties...
If you are talking about Access Password - you may change it the following way:
Host module - Settings - Security - Change Access Password
