ANYPLACE CONTROL

Hi,

I need help to solve the follown thing. Recently I bought Anyplace Control Premium after overcome the trial time, During the trial time it worked perfectly and I could control my mom's computer in Colombia from Estados Unidos, but right now it is almost impossible, although I do connection it responds in a slow way. I did disable menu & windows animation, remove desktop background and disable themes without changes in speed. It is slow mainly when she try to see a page in Internet. I would have to try make connection by IP, it would improve the speed?

Yes, IP address connection should be faster than Online Account as it goes directly from PC to PC without our server.
