ANYPLACE CONTROL

I downloaded and have been testing your software but I am finding that on the Remote computers the mouse is extremely jumpy and is very distracting. Is there something that can be done to correct this problem? I have tried it on five computers remotely (have used up all of my test licenses just testing the mouse issue) and I like your product but the mouse issues need a fix. Please advise if there is some that can be done to fix the jumpy mouse which vibrates until your hand is taken off the mouse. The problem is not with me having a shakey hand.

Please - could someone answer my question about the jerky mouse action on the remote computers. It is important that I purchase software that will not drive our clients crazy when we demo our product. I do need some support for this issue ASAP.

We guess that you are talking about our anti-spy feature.

Yes, remote PC's mouse pointer is flashing when someone takes a control of Host PC remotely.
It was specially designed to prevent the usage of our software for spy purposes.
