rejected conection- not enough licenses

Connection with "host" has been rejected (you do not have enough licenses to connect to this pc). error 0 I have more than enough licenses. Any idea why I'm receiving this error?
I'm using an xp pc as admin and windows 7 as the host.

Uninstalling and reinstalling worked.

The same problem occurs (not enough licenses), by re-installing the program the issue solved, but I must uninstall and them install the program every time I reboot my PC or close the program.
