ANYPLACE CONTROL

I can access my computers using my LAN, but I can't access my online account to help a friend with her computer. We both have installed Anyplace Control, AND set up online accounts, but when we try to access the online acct we both get a message saying the acct being tried is not an active acct, or it isn't valid, etc.

Please, inform us your Account Name for us to test it.
Please, mention also whether you are registered or trial user of our remote control software.
