ANYPLACE CONTROL

I downloaded a free trial of anyplace software for 3 computers.

1. Laptop
2. My PC
3. My Wifes PC

I love the software. It is very easy to install and configure, and the connection is faster than pcnow.webex.com

I bought a premium license for two computers. I have installed the "Host" on my PC, and the Admin on my laptop.
I then went to install the "Host" on my wife's PC and the program said I had reached my license limit.

I think the problem is that I had installed both "Host" and "Admin" on all three computers during the trial period, and now that I have installed the full program on two computers, the software thinks that My PC and the Laptop are both hosts... they are not... only My PC is a host -- the Laptop is an admin.

My question is, how do I fix the problem. Do I uninstall on all three computers, the re-install the "Host" on My PC and My Wifes PC -- Then install the admin on the laptop?

Uninstall the Host module on a PC you would not like to control remotely.
Inform us your Account Name and the name of PC that is to be deleted from your Account.
We will move the license and provide you with further details.

The host computers are:
Michael-PC
Miriam-PC

The admin computer is:
LENOVO

I uninstalled the entire application on LENOVO, and then re-installed just the admin module.

if I buy one license can I move it when needed to another pc? do you support ubuntu 10.10 to windows pc over the internet? where can I find more answers and support?
