I want to install AnyplaceControlInstall silently in some computer, thus I have make this:

AnyplaceControlInstall.exe /password=123456

But after the installation he asks me account connection (account name(email) and account password) , how is that he configures automatically, as this:?

AnyplaceControlInstall.exe / password=123456 / accountname=xxxxx@xxx.fr / accountpassword=123456

The latest version of the software has an option to create a package for silent installation

You may set there your account name and password and use it for silent installation.

But why the shortcut (HostSilentInstall_tmp) is created in the desktop after installation HostSilentInstall ?

How do I remove this shortcut ?

We have tried the creation right now and did not get the file. Is it hidden? Try to delete it manually.

No shortcut is located in the the desktop and it is not hidden ..

Yes I can manually delete, but I lost much time because I have to install it in 50 computer.

PS: The shortcut (HostSilentInstall_tmp) serves has the désintaller

Use Windows built-in search tool to find them.
On Vista OS use Advanced Search area:
click to select the Include non-indexed, hidden, and system files (might be slow) check box.

If I buy a license for 1 PC and I installed in a PC and after I uninstall the software from the PC, is it that I can use the license to another PC?

In Premium and Basic Plan you are not able to move the license. It is possible in HelpDesk Edition.
