ANYPLACE CONTROL

I get the message 'connection failed: myaccout name

Either firewall/anti virus locks the connection or the internet access is temporarily unavailable.'

It was working earlier, no problem, nothing has changed on my machine. I just cannot connect to my online account.

I am using anyplace control version 5.0 and Norton 360.

I have tried to reinstall and still get the same error when trying to log into my online account.

ive had the same problem all day long as well i also get error code10053
has been working fine for idk how long it started about 5:30 am mountain time

Having the same problem here. I have tried everything , rebooting, changed out router, truned off all firewalls
Hope this is just temporary

Recently our servers were in need to install latest critical security updates.
Nodes should have been restarted that might have given a downtime.
