ANYPLACE CONTROL

We have received the following issue description:

I have created two of my pc's as host and two other as admin. Direct connection is very easy, but when i try to do Online Account Connection i type as Online Account Name iam****gio@an*****si.gr and as account Password the password you sent me with your email, then i push the button Login, and the program tells me : '' Unable to access Online Account'' Wrong Nickname Format.
Have i done something wrong with my pc? Maybe this happens because i try to do the connection between the two pc's at the same place? Please send me detailed informations about how i can achieve online account connection because i have tryied too much with NO result until now. Is online account Connection so complicated? Thank you for any help you can provide.

We have replied the following:

We have tried to connect to your account using default password and we have managed to perform that. There were 2 licenses in your Account, PCs were offline.

Please, send us a screenshot of the issue you have faced with for us to be able to assist you.
