File Transfer issue

I have a problem with transfer of files. I have established a connection with the remote Host PC. I have transfered files previously. But now I am getting this 10061 error saying remote server is not started or is using another port. I have not changed anything on the host PC or the admin PC. Whats going on? How should i use your remote control PC software???

Do you have any antivirus or firewall that can block the maintenance of our software after automatic update?

Yep, I sorted out the issue. My Norton Firewall needed to be configured. Thanks
