Can't Install

Not capable of installing and connecting to remote PC. Please advise what can be done. I need to control the remote PC to instruct that owner by showing him what to do and transfer some files. Can you provide a step-by-step instruction? The other PC owner is not PC friendly and it's difficult to have him download the host module. What can be done?
