the two PCs I have licensed are FALLENEXARCH-PC, and RIGILIA-PC. Over the weekend I lost the mother board for the machine that RIGILIA-PC was on. So I had to take the machine that FALLENEXARCH-PC was on, and pull out its hard-drives, and put all of the hard-drives from RIGILIA-PC into that machine, and then buy a totally new machine for FALLENEXARCH-PC entirely, and put the hard-drives for it into that new machine. Obviously with both PC's hardware having been changed, now and as a result both PCs now show offline and the error message I get when I try and reconnect them is ".License restriction: you do not have enough licenses to register this PC for the Online Account". Please help so I can re-register both PCs again, so I can regain access to both of my machines, I need help asap please this is critical I need access as soon as possible.

Once you do whatever you need to on your end to transfer the liscences and register the new hardware for both FALLENEXARCH-PC and RIGILIA-PC, what do I do on my end to get them back online? Iassume I have to re-install the admin and host modules and then you all transfer the licenses on your end?

I have re-installed both the host and admin modules, may I please get my PCs licences transferred for both FALLENEXARCH-PC and RIGILIA-PC please, reason is as stated above. I had a machines mother board die, and had hardware changed to both PCs, which caused them to both now show as offline. I would appreciate the licenses being transferred asap so I can gain remote access.

oh yes thank you!! I re-installed the admin module on both PCs and can now access them
