We have received the following mail from our customer:

Guys, I have two doubts:

- when I connect to a host PC, as Administrator, the screen of the host change where automatically the wallpapers is taked off, becaming black. When I disconnect, the original wallpaper back. So, this is serious because is a clear evidence for the host PC that someone is controlling it;

- IВґve acquired licenses but everytime I go to th system itВґs still informing is a Tril version that will expire in XXX days. IВґve informed several times before the registration name and serial number but itВґs still not working. IВґve tried to uninstall the trial version and install the full version but the problem is still there.

OUR RESPOND:
1) Remote Desktop Control Window - Settings - disable "Remove remote desktop wallpaper" option

2) You have purchased Basic Plan licenses.
This plan considers life time usage of Direct Connection (via IP
address) and does not allow you to use Account Connection service.

Account Connection is present in our Premium Plan.

If connection via IP address is not enough for you and you really
need Online Account Connection service, you may update your Basic
Plan to Premium:

letter of updated rate plan.
