Won't Connect to one of Licensed Computers

We've received the following question from our customer:

Host computer is offline and won't connect.
It says that there is no license available but I'm just using the 6 licenses that I bought.
I got this problem after computer restart.
Tried reinstalling host module but no change.

Our answer to customer:

Perhaps recently you reinstalled Winodws on your problematical PC or you changed hardware. It can cause the problem with licenses.
But we've cleared list of used licenses on our server for your account and now you can connect required PC to your account again
