Host not accessible
We have received the following mail:
>>>I can’t connect to e*****t.
>>>I can connect with F*****e.
>>>Can you fix this for me?
>>>How can I set the host modules to online at both locations? They are several mile apart.
OUR REPLY:
You can't connect to remote PCs because they are not connected to
your account. To be exact - Host modules are currently offline.
There may be several reasons:
- your Host PC is turned off;
- Host PC turned on but Host module is not started;
- Host module is started, but "Account Connection service usage"
check box is not checked;
- Host modules is connected to another account;
- Internet connection on a remote side is currently down;
- etc.
As you see - there are too many reasons why Host module may be
offline now.
Please, verify whether Host module is Online in the following way:
Host module->Settings-> Check whether "Your Account Status" is ONLINE or OFFLINE.
If "Your Account Status" is OFFLINE, please, click "View reason of
the problem" button->Take a screenshot of this window and send it to us.
Note: you can take a screenshot in the following way: press PRT SCR
key->Open the MS Paint->Paste the data into MS Paint window->Save as
.jpg->Send the saved file to us.
If you unable to perform it yourself, please, ask someone to do that.
