ANYPLACE CONTROL

Question from our customer:

rsn> Used to be able to connect from any internet connection. Now can
rsn> only connect to run remotely when in the same house on the same lan.

rsn> Running windows firewall and AVG v 10.

rsn> I am believing that I need to do something so that the admin
rsn> module can see the host machine. Please help.

rsn> I own 2 copies of the software, and am running v 4.13.0.0 on both machines.

rsn> Please advise on what I need to do to get the software working
rsn> again. I have been very happy with the product when it is operational.

Our answer to customer:

If you use Direct Connection via IP address, usually it works only in
the range of the same LAN.
But if you want to connect via Internet, please use "Online Account
Connection" feature of our software to connect via online account
instead of IP address
