Vista issue

I connected to a computer running Vista home (I'm not sure what edition or version) and I would never see the allow / disallow / cancel pop up boxes on my end (admin). I am running XP professional SP3. I do not have direct access to the vista machine, some one else set up the host part. I was able to navigate the computer, but really could no run or do anything with out seeing and being able to manupliate the pop up boxes.
Also I purchased the full edition, and in the help/about drop down box of the admin program, it shows I am running a trial version. I downloaded from the link with my unzip password and serial number and entered them when asked, the program started fine.
Any help would be great, thanks,
John....

Which version of the software is used?
Is Host module installed as a system service?
Which Edition did you purchase? Basic or Premium?
What is the reference number of your purchased order?

Which version of the software is used?
5.0.5.2
Is Host module installed as a system service?
Host was set up using click on link from the anyplace control web site, I don't know if it installed anything. While I had remote control of the vista machine, I did look at the task manager and saw that it was running under the process tab, I looked through the service tab and did not see anything about 'anyplace control', but I could have missed it.
Which Edition did you purchase? Basic or Premium?
Licensed product: "Anyplace Control 5x, Premium Plan"
What is the reference number of your purchased order?
Order number: 359061555

Looks like everything is working as it should now. Thank you so much for that help!!!
Also just wondering why my admin module is still showing as a trial version when I click on Help tab, About tab??? I installed it with the full install link that was emailed to me and entered the serial number and registration information. Not a big deal, as long as it doesn't shut down on me after 30 days.
Thanks again,
John....

2 licenses were purchased under jduffy@spr....com account.
Please, check your registration letter it is said there:
Account Name: jduffy@spr....com
Account Password: *********.
N O T E :
- If you had no Account before purchasing, use DEFAULT PASSWORD: ********
- Please, use Account Data (e-mail) given in this registration letter ONLY.
All other accounts (e-mails) would be not registered, but trial.
We have checked your account and none of registered licenses is not taken, thus you are using wrong. i.e. trial account.

I think i have it figured out. I thought when I set up the trial accont and then purchased the program, it would automatically switch over to the account that was set up with the trail program. I reinstalled the admin module using every thing provided in the orginal email and now it shows a registered version.
Sorry for blaming the program, as usual, it was the operator.
Thanks agian for your help.

No problem, but the tricj is that we have already changed your trial account to registered and vice versa.
Please, clarify - which account you would like to use as registered.

You can leave it as it is now. Home@*****.com as the registered account, that way I don't have to change everything on the host computer. I installed the host module from the full install that I downloaded. Will that work as a registered version the next time the computer is started and host module is started?
