account name and password

i have just downloaded the free 30 day trial of your software to see how it performs before purchasing it.
Ihave had a read through the forums and watched the set up videos.
However this is all new to me so i need to ask some silly questions.
My set up will be 2 laptops, 1 has the admin control software (master) the 2nd laptop has the (slave ) software installed.
I wish to connect them both through wireless internet air cards.
In the setup do i actually use my true account details or create a new account, with usernames and passwords.
Do i set up both laptops with the same password and account number.
If i have to setup a new account is this a true account that i will be billed for.
