I have several questions for you, which answers are not in any of the topics listed in your forum.

1) Could you please tell me if the Customized Host Module can be obtained with the Premium Plan of if it is restricted to the HelpDesk Plan only? I am confused with this.

2) Also, could you please confirm that the Customized Host Module is not available for the Basic Plan?

3) I understand the Customized Host Module is a convenient feature, as it provides a link that can be sent by e-mail to my client (the host) so he/she can easily execute it in his/her computer, and therefore, I can access his/her pc ¿am I correct?

4) If I was not able to purchase a license that permits me to obtain the Customized Host Module, ¿how can I install the host module in my client's pc? I am asking this because in your tutorial and demo-video, it states to "walk over the host computer to install the host module", but if my client's pc is located in another city I just can't simply "walk to his/her computer" to install them the host module. Therefore, I was wondering if the .exe file to execute the host module can be sent to my client as an e-mail attachment, so he/she can open it and install it ¿is this correct? and ¿what is the size (MB, KB, GB) of the host module?

5) I have read in this forum about the BIOS, which need to be set up "Wake-on-LAN" on both administrator and host, this in order to be able to turn on the host computer, if needed. The problem is, I have no clue as to how to do the BIOS setting for this purpose, and I don't seem to find any understandable explanation over the internet. This seems to be sort of complicated and I wonder if you can tell me how to do it.

6) By the way, I understand the administrator can turn off the host computer, if needed, without any special configuration of the BIOS ¿is this correct? (some of my clients wish they had someone to turn-off their computers because they "forgot" ) and I wonder if I, as the administrator, can do it upon their request.

I am sorry to make so many questions here, but I have tried to reach you guys with my questions in separate e-mails to your support department by using the form provided in your "support" tag. This was already some 3-4 days ago and I don't get any answer from you. That's why I decided to get into your forum, to see if I can get the answers to my questions. Not without spending several hours going over all the topics to check whether these questions were already made and answered. It appears not, so here goes more questions:

7) I work as a Virtual Assistant (a secretary who works remotely from her home) and I want to offer my clients the service of checking/answering their e-mails ¿can I access the Outlook of my clients with the AnyPlace Program? It appears like the program will only let me download documents, but I read nothing in this forum about checking e-mails in my client's Outlook. ¿Can you please tell me if it is possible?

8) Sometimes my clients may want to leave their dictations stored right there in their computers, as voice MP3 files can be too heavy to send them to me by e-mail for transcription purposes. ¿Can I access their MP3 voice dictations on their computers with AnyPlace (and of course hear the recordings)? and also, ¿will I be able to create a Word document in their PC's with the transcription and leave it there for them to check it out later?

I do appreciate your answers as I am considering to purchase this program to offer my clients a better / improved service. Sorry for the long e-mail, guys!

When you say "It would grab your license" (at the beginning of your post) ¿does it mean that by using the Customized Host Module I would lose the license?

Each new Host you will use a web-based Host module will take your license. In Premium Plan you will not be able to delete that license from your account later.
That is why customized Host module mostly used with HelpDesk Edition.
