General Pre-Sales Questions
Posted: 20 Aug 2010, 14:22I've been looking for a program to replace our current remote software and I've just come across Anyplace Control.
I'd be grateful if some kind soul could answer a few questions for me.
1. Are there and plans for remote printing?
2. The host I've been testing Anyplace Control has a very small screen. The admin has a very large screen. Is there a 'full screen stretch view' facility?
3. The big problem I have with our current program is the activation of the license. I have a small lab containing a test network and the hardware changes regularly. If I install a Anyplace Host on a PC how easy is it to de-activate the license and re-activate it on another PC? I change these PC's two or three times a year. I also beta test various programs so I also wipe and re-install PC's fairly often.
4. Finally, I'm not too sure how the 'On-line' access works. If I'm reading this correctly, I still have to have a copy of the admin program installed on the client machine. If this is the case what's the difference between direct and on-line?
