Hi can any one help me know wht is onlineaccount name and online account password? actually i need to connect the other country system from my machine ... pls do the needful at the earliest.

Why cant i connect to my online account i keep getting an error message ACCOUNT CONNECTION ERROR it was working al morning then lost connection and know i get the error message ive tried repairing the module and restarting my pc and resetting my modum PLEASE HELP

Contact our support team and provide us with the screenshot of the issue where we could see the error message you have got, your Account Name, etc. In other words do not cut the screenshot.
