can´t connect to LAN via Internet
Posted: 24 May 2010, 03:12hi all. i want to control a PC via internet (the pc is behind a DLink 524 router) but i can´t. i read the FAQ but the "port forward" doesn´t work. what can i do?
We provide only a basic recommendations as to how configure router, firewall, perform port forwarding.
If you want to control your remote PC by IP address you should have certain knowledge about how to perform all those configurations. Due to a big variety of routers and peculiarities of their configuration we do not provide a support of how to configure routers. Please, contact your router's manufacture.
If you are not able to perform all settings for IP address connection - you may get our alternative - Account Connection service, that doesn't require any IP address to establish a connection.
