password issues
Just getting started. For some reason the account password I chose didn't work. So I submitted a support ticket and after a couple of days I received a "default password" by email. Now I'd like to change or reset my account password to something I can remember.
Using the new "default" password, I can now log in to my online account, but there is no dropdown menu or other way in the initial screen to change the default password.
