I am unable to access my online account.

Do I need the license number in place before I can access my account?

HI! i am having this problem.. yesterday i created the account and used the software without problems.. but today i can“t use anyplace control 4.14 admin mode... when i try to login i recive this message "Specified Online Account not found"
what can i do?

Inform us your Account Name and Account Password you were using for us to sort out the issue.

You may inform us any trial Password for us to use it in case of need. You can change Account Password later in Admin Module options of our remote desktop software
