have not recieved serial# and registration name

I have purchased the software (reference number: 13785227) and have not received the registration name nor the serial number yet. Is there somewhere I can download this or is it something you send to me via e-mail?

After software purchase you will get a purchase confirmation with a link to download the program. Commonly it takes up to 12 hours for registration key to be delivered via e-mail after your payment is received if purchased on a working week. Registration keys for the software purchased on weekend are delivered on Monday.
In case you do not receive the registration letter within mentioned period, contact our sales department and provide us with your alternative email address you may be contacted at, as our messages may be blocked by your Anti-SPAM filter or failed to be delivered.
