Remote Rescue 3.5

I am in a bit of a bind. I am attempting to upgrade a client's office with the latest version of anyplace control. They had a older version title "Remote Rescue 3.5". I believe that it is the same as the anyplace-control software. Are you all the manufacturers of this software?
I'm attempting to walk the owner of the company, whom is out of town, through the upgrade process. I'm having a difficult time walking him through the removal process of the old software. He needs the admin module with the online access on his computer today. I have just purchased the necessary licensees for the host module software with the subscription to the web account and am currently installing them. When I walked him through the installation process and he attempted to run it, the old program, "remote rescue 3.5" and did not have the web account feature on it. I attempted to have him remove both of them through the programs and features utility in Vista's control panel.
Thus far I am impressed with you software and am considering using it in the future for some of my other clients. Thank you for your time. The faster this gets solved the better!
